How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 14-21 business days after processing.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all items sold on our official website are 100% authentic. Each garment features specific security tags and high-quality screen printing unique to the VLONE brand.

What is your return policy?

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

How should I wash my VLONE apparel?

To preserve the graphic print and fabric quality, we recommend machine washing inside out with cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed designs.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most VLONE releases are limited edition and do not restock. We recommend following our social media channels and signing up for our newsletter for updates on new drops.
